At TowelBars.com we want your shopping experience with us to be a good one. We strive to provide excellent service and to accurately ship our customers orders in 48 hours or less. It is important that you inspect your order immediatly after receiving it. If you notice your product is damaged or incorrect please call our customer service department immediately.

Items That May Be Returned

Merchandise that has not been removed from its original packaging.
Merchandise that was not shipped correctly.
Merchandise that has not been installed.
Defective Merchandise
Merchandise that is being returned within the 60 day return period.

We will immediatly replace defective or incorrect items at our expense.

Items That May Not Be Returned

Merchandise with shrink wrap that is missing or torn.
Merchandise that is used or shows signs of installation.

Products $15 or less in value.

Return Policy

There is a 25% restocking fee on all returned items.

We have a 60 day return period. Items must be returned within 60 days from shipment date.

To ensure a hassle free return, please follow these steps:

Call our customer service department at 1-888-610-8889.
We will email you a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) form that you must include in your return package.
Follow the general return instructions in the email we send you and ship the package back via UPS or USPS. It is advised that you obtain a tracking number, receipt, or confirmation of your shipment.
Send your return back to our warehouse for processing. We can not issue credit for any items that are damaged during return shipment due to improper packaging.
Please allow 7-10 business days, depending on what shipping method you select, for the return to be received back at our warehouse.
Once the return is received back at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for our credit department to issue a refund less restocking fees and shipping costs.
